I am interested in complaints about this apartment complex. Also The Warwick Apartments

The apartment manager is interesting and needs to be replaced. The complex is not very nice.

The apartment complex is old and there are no updates. Expect lots of mold on shower walls since theres no vent. The tenants are quiet and older, wall to wall noise is bad. Managment enters apartments monthly does not tell you when. The manager has issues and discloses tenant information to her boyfriend that lives in the complex. If you don't want your personal business shared, do not live here.

I left they kept the deposit. If it was a nice place I would have stayed. Manager is nutso. No onsite maintance. No security. Old moldy nasty shower. If you rent make sure everything works before you move in because they don't fix anything. I had a nanny cam so things are going to get interesting....

There have been 3 murders in this complex since 1999. There are 4 sexual preditors registered at this address. It is not safe It is not clean it is old and run down. rent is as much as a house note. Why live here?

No one actually lives there for 22 years. Pat Davis is truely evil. Place is not maintained well. Some one went into my late mother's apartment with a key after she passed away and stole checks. One would assume the positive reviews are actually from the staff as tenent turnover is high.

Mall City South is what it should be called. Any thing positive? Realy bad over priced over rated and unsafe. Lots of drug activity. Lots of theft. No real security. Realy bad communication with office person who is never available and does not proptly return messages. Office hours are 10-4 but no one is available you have to call as many as 6 times to even get a call back. For $745.00 you don't get your moneys worth. Size of 2 bed room apartment is only 750 s.f. not 1000 s.f. Very high turnover of tenents. On other sites this place gets glowing recomendations from staff as not many people are happy there. Facility is old and has not been or is not currently maintained. Man upstairs had nanny cam and has pictures of staff stealing. Staff was unable to repair proptly. When it was time to move out I called two carpet cleaning companys who would not come out because of prior experience with office manager. They tend to keep deposits. They charge for damages that were their before you were. So people tend not to stay for long periods. On another site they said they had lived there for 22 years. The rent would be almost $ 200,000.00 over 22 years. There were murders here that they don't tell you about. There is theft from cars and patios. There are other safe places to live. It is not by any means quite.

I can't believe I actually lived in these apartments for two years. Realy bad and they do all the dumb apartment manager tricks. No one takes responsability

Well,
Manager told me she could never get anyone to come out and work on things. Manager is not nice and the place is not wonderful. Old says it best. Lots of noise from tenants next door and upstairs. Maintainence spends a lot of time in apartments. Tends to be a pecking order of tenants. Most stay for a short time.

Ask to see the apartment you are renting. Turn on facets light etc to make sure everyting works. Previous tenent had not been able to use A/C for six months before I moved in because they could not fix a leak. They have charged for the same broken shelf in the refrigerator for the last three tenants. Ask other tenants what they think. Make sure covered parking is actually in front of building you live in not on the other side of anouther building. Realy bad place run by bad people who do bad things. Not in that good an area. The city police have at least 3 murders on file since 1999 and numerous petty teft complains. Just check and you will rent somewhere else.

I was looking at these apartments. I looked on line for reviews and did not like what I saw. I rented on Jefferson Highway for less money and the apartment was newer. When I went in the office the office lady acted like I was not even there and talked on the phone. I thaught it was strange that she showed me a apartment upstairs that was being rented by someone else. She never showed me the apartment I would have rented. She said bad things about people who rented apartments and not pleasent. Why be hasseled if you don't have too? Time to move on to better things.

Pat Davis still answers the phone at normandy village. Or at least the answering machine as she never returns phone calls and is always out of the office. It would be a better place if she was gone. She hurt a lot of people over the years. The rumor was she slept with or knew the owners and would be there forever so she treated everyone badly. Who knows.
