I am a Vietnam (1966-67), Iran Crisis (Hostage Situation) Veteran, who has been appealing to the VA concerning 3 claims for almost 10 years!! One claim was extremely dangerous to my family/character and the VA refuses to accept liability/responsibility for their actions.!!!! It was the false accusation and documentation sent to me and my family stating that I was diagnosed positive for AIDS(HIV), Multi-Drug Abuse,Bi-PolarSyndrome,etc, on 10 April 1998!! The VA handling/response was degrading and unprofessional, non-chalant and showed no remorse for the damage this letter caused!!! This claim in conjunction withmy claim for myknees/cervical spine has been shuffled bakforth between the VA and the Appeals Management Board, since 1998!!!! Its ashamethat we veterans have to be subjected o this red tape and denial of legitimate claims, after serving our country for 23 years!!!! Your assistance will be highly appreciated!!!!!
