Moms want Jeffco to waive $150 bus fees
Baldizan is a mother of three kids in the district. She said one takes the bus this year, but next year she'll have to pay for two kids to take the bus.

I agree. I moved there in June and did not realize there were outrageous school fees let alone having to pay for my child to ride the bus. After my husband left us I was left alone to support my 3 kids and could not get any relief from the fees. So I packed my family up and moved back to the eastern seaboard where we had come from in NC. Life is so much easier here and my kids are happy and guess what. They can ride the bus for free and the school fees are 20 dollars per kid for the entire year. The education they get here seriously is much better as well. Lesson learned on my part. The grass isn't always greener. Good luck to you
