Pedestrian Dies In Northglenn Crosswalk

A man was killed Wednesday evening when he was hit while crossing a Northglenn street in the crosswalk.

I bike by there all the time. It's right by the bike path leading to EB Rains Park formerly Webster Lake. I almost got hit there when a kid talking on her cell phone pulled out of that apartment complex and turned left and didn't see me until she was a foot away. Then there's a crossing light.
That intersection can't get any safer.
It's the people in cars always in a hurry.
