It's interesting after locking in the cost for Raton, NOW we get an increase in rates for local citizens. Yeah! This works.

In case y'all have some misconception about the amount of money local folks have in the bank --- lower your demands, we need to LIVE as well as support the rest of the world's dream schemes.
