Federal housing in Colorado remains off-limits to marjuana - for now
Coloradans who live in the nearly 300 federally subsidized housing projects in the state are blocked by federal regulations from using marijuana in their homes in spite of state legalization - but that could be changing at some point.

we cannot smoke regular cigarettes in apartments or even around them and nobody sane expects to be allowed to smoke anything instead!

apartment living Can Be Tough, having to Share Space With Other Tenants ALL Around You, Banging And Slamming Away=Very Stressful Sometimes, ALL Of That Slamming And Banging Away.......and then there's the stair runners, up and down/down and up, like some cartoons or something!! thunk, thunk, thunk, THUNK.......thunk, thunk, Thunk, THUNK!!(boom!!) crash boom, boom crash, THUNK!! up they go, down they go.......down they go, up they go! THUNK!!(bang!) no complaints though.......

Dont you really mean marijuana is off limits in federal housing?
