I agree with you "wrong wrong". If Louie had been doing his job he wouldnt have gotten fired. But,instead of working he was too busy running out of state selling dogs and putting "cash" in his pockets.

Because most of these voters do not know the candidates. They vote straight Republican. These people have all moved here for lower taxes. They spend very little money in Indiana...they spend mnost of their money in Ohio.

Think about it. In the last 8 years our county has done a complete turn around.

Look what they are doing with the $600,000.00 from the riverboat. Two families are going to use it to upgrade THEIR businesses.

From the current edition of the Franklin County Observer

Grant Proposal Would Bring
Restaurant Jobs to Brookville

A $600,000 grant application was made by Brookville Redevelopment Commission (BRC) on behalf of a private enterprise called Destination Brookville LLC, headed up by local residents Allen Beneker, Jenny Wilz and Sharon McMillin. In a phone interview, Jenny Wilz verified that they did indeed apply for a grant, but pending submission of business plans and other documentation, the monies have been "set aside" but have not yet been awarded either to the BRC or to Destination Brookville.
Destination Brookville has two buildings. The Case House at 801 Main is being remodeled for lodging rooms. The other building is at 734 Main Street and currently houses a second-floor fitness center. This building will be the location of the new restaurant and Ms. Wilz said that the redevelopment funds would be used to make improvements to this building.
Economic development grants are typically awarded to businesses for the creation or retention of jobs. Destination Brookville hopes to generate at least 35 jobs by creating a "destination restaurant and an entertainment facility" at the site. Ms. Wilz did not offer specifics, since all those who might be involved in this new venture have "not yet signed".
When asked about the media report that this is a not for profit enterprise Ms. Wilz said, "None of us were interviewed" for that report. She added that despite the financial risks she hopes the new businesses will be profitable. She also added, "We would love to have a new restaurant (in town) where we can hang out and have fun!"

Yeah so what restaurant in this town or county for that matter has ever employed 35 people. And we now have a Brookville Redevelopment Commission and a Franklin County Redevelopment Commission. Are you kidding me? I thought we had to have "a" redevelopment commission to distribute these grants but looks like Destination Brookville bypassed that step. Sure would be interesting to know who is on these commissions.

Let's get back to the topic - Scott and his issues not Jud. They are different unless you are trying to hide his issues by changing topics.

1st of all,the truck that was used to haul the shingles to the landfill is owned by Tom Linkle & Monte McCoy wasn't getting paid to drive the truck. Scott paid the transfer station for the disposal of the shingles. So what is wrong with that? NOTHING!!
