Linkel will get whatever he wants, he IS a commissioner; he should NEVER be in county government AND have the county's trash contract! Just another reason NOT to vote for him next time.....

Vote him out but don't forget to take the one who is in this bull fight with him when his time comes up. All this is about is a pissing match between the two and when all is said and done the ones affected as usual will be the little guys just trying to make a dollar selling firewood or doing side work at their homes. Mark my words folks this is so Jonas he has said it and wants no one to do a thing out of their homes down to artwork. And please you guys know if I have to I will copy minutes from meetings to prove my point. Don't make me Please I am swapped right now, just trust I was there when and as this pissing contest began and moves forward. Linkle won't be hurt in the end it will just put any little guys working out of business and he Linkle will have the money to get any permits he needs and the big guys will gladly take that bussiness too. The rest of us will just lose. And if I need to explain how here goes a example, what will firewood cost if you have to open a business to sell it and your taxes double when you lose your exemptions. Think about this folks the guy who fixes your mower or sells them out of the yard and on goes the list what a door Jonas has opened now who wants to step threw? Can you say more freedoms lost?

Should we zone this out of our county and loose these jobs, this tax base, this life style? Should we get rid of economic development? Should we not tax them and instead give them FREE space at the J&J? We were trying to lure jobs here with tax abatements ect. So should we get rid of any hope any one has of running their own business, by starting small and growing it over time and replace it with hand outs? Never mind that we have not heard one negative word from surrounding land owners.

Your Welcome trusting all tests will come back well.
This would be the 3rd one they have tried to take down Pebbles that I have heard about. None near as wealthy I am assuming as Linkle but he does have the right to repair his trucks and if he keeps the men busy by taking on some extras instead of sending them home wouldn't you prefer that? If it was a family member working for him would you want them sent home I wouldn't? And that will be all he has to do to comply send them home. But never mind all that if this passes it will be about us trust me Pebbles I know the man pushing this and he is dead set against any of us doing any thing at home. Linkle like I said will work his way around it he has the money you and me we won't stand a chance. Do you know Linkle? Just curious as you seem to not like him. I don't personally just from the meetings and he seems competent but I am with you guys on the mixing personal business with representing us. Could cause for problems to be sure.

Please don't misunderstand........
I personally have never known the guy.
What I DON"T like is conflict of interest and how it seems ok with people.
He's not the only one.
Why do we have realtors in office making decisions about zoneing?
Let me think...
Oh yea! Land, business, buying and selling property, profit and possible favors from one good ol boy to the next.
Nothing changes.
And that is my opinion.

Well you guys that know me on here know I have to research it no matter the outcome and I will be fair and retract my opinion if I need to. Well that's what I did on Linkel to see why the negativity, if it is just some extra work on the farm. Gee whiz this place screams business from the garage to the equipment they are running full blast. And that is wonderful they have advanced, but hey he's got by years running under the farm, time for him to step up and pay the piper. With that said the only reason he has to step up is he went against Jonas. If as you all know he had voted with them he would not be held accountable like you or I. We will still be the ones who would never get by with this and nor with the outcome be to our benefit. But he has got by with it to long so he must pay the piper his dues. Basically all I have done is repeated Pebbles in different words they all must go and non benefiting people replace them. Any ideals out of the running candidates not negative I don’t want to hear that, I mean reason why someone would make good candidates positives only.
