You know, Pebbles, I have supported you in the past. I have read dozens and dozens of stupid posts that seemed to bash you for no reason, and always tried to put in a kind word. I have winced when the WAF troll decides to write you are a freak and you are nuts. But you are just planting a seed here and sitting back to watch it bloom into a giant prickly pear. Why? You can't expect us to believe you really give a well-packaged crap about a business up for sale. You are speaking of a specific business, in hopes that a dead horse will rise once again so you can beat it. Give it up. Yes the business is for sale. Is that a shock to you or something? Give the non-offender people in that family a break, would ya--they deserve it. Putting it more succinctly, STFU.

I would think he is cleaning the dollar store up due to the stiff competition coming his way. He has to be worried he will loose another tenant on main as the Family dollar will be opening soon. The co-op will be moving and not far at all. The bike shop well I think I mentioned a while back that a business would have a awesome location to reopen hope that is what is happening and not a double appraisal price offer from the foreigners buying out are little town. CVS is still negotiating the purchase of properties in Tinker Town and that is all gossip on the real estate side of Bville.

You are so wrong about the flea market area. There are two owners on that piece of land. Good luck with that.

Not far just expanding. Have you noticed how the Family Dollar the Truck Terminal and Co-Op all are coming in and out the middle street, from my understanding Co-Op will be moving over. I can't believe the town allowed that in the first place with all there tears over zoning but they were the owners of the piece of property so all rules off for them. Again all gossip and my opinion.

You are correct the little lady passed away who rented from Mr. Hyde and Dave White owns the rest. Not saying CVS could not buy from both these guys. At this point it would have to seem easier than buying homes in Tinker Town that has proved to be a mess.
