@Road in Morehead, WTH you doing on Brooksville topix? On Friday, the 1159 hill was icy as anything and it took over 5 mins for my front-wheel drive car to pull it. I too wondered where the road crews were and why they didn't pre-treat that, ESPECIALLY that hill since they know it is always the worst when that weather hits. They need to be more on the ball than that. I pay A LOT of taxes and it should count for SOMEthing.

@ original me, are you in Cincinnati on the Brooksville Topix? I doubt it. Morehead, Cincinnati and Lexington all show up as locations for Bracken County internet users depending on what city is hosting your internet at the time of use.

Don't like the job the road department is doing? Apply at the courthouse in the judges office!! Maybe since your such a professional snow and ice removal service you could do a better job and hope like hell your truck doesn't have a break down to delay your early morning snow removal. Ungrateful people need to look at themselves and see what other people think about them!!

As a resident off 19 I am very un happy with the work being done during a snow. 19 is very well maintained with salt and other roads is just completely covered in this nasty black stuff that covers my car and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way

anthony..... for your infirmation i like my bike. I looked up sinders in dictionary. No such word. So that must be rd dept slang... you all do job correct and don't use coal dust and we both r happy. Next 2 tires i bust i will throw in front door of the rd dept...

Sinders are the remains of burnt coal, and yes they mix salt and sinders together so it will go farther at a less cost.I'm sure if u would like for them to use soley salt only we could just all get our taxes raised to cover this.

You mean "Cinders"? That is the correct spelling and it is what's left after buring wood.

Maybe if those complaining would quit littering the roads there would be more $$$ to spend on maintenance & upkeep, etc.

brenda..... i have one better than that. I was going to mailbox with my dog fingers. When all of a sudden i heard fingers yelping and barking and was on the ground just moving and almost helpless. I rushed fingers to the vet. And she had gotton those chunks in her feet and couldnt walk.. cost 235.00 to get fingers fixed. So now if she walks to maikbox. She has little shoes she wears

you people are stupid. The state and county have very dangerous jobs. They keep your asses able to get drugs and pills. Why would any one object to there work. Head to pendleton or mason counties and you will see pathetic roads. State and county money are alot different
