Is that why they gave him 10 years with the alford plea ?

Let's see. If I were a bank robber and was convicted of robbing a bank in 1995 even though I really robbed at least three banks, served 7 months work release on a five year sentence with 4 suspended and then went and robbed 10+ more banks, would a judge even CONSIDER allowing me bail to prepare for my trial? Knowing that I would be more than tempted to most likely rob a few more banks while awaiting my sentencing. I DON'T THINK SO.... Is it possible that we as a society are protecting our money more than our children? This is unbelievable!

and what's up with him putting gates up at the dirt road to that farmhouse/office that isn't even his anymore???? and why did he create another access to that farmhouse from Hutton Rd. Is he hiding something or what....or is he trying to sneak youngins' in? I pray that the police are keeping a very close eye on him. I can't imagine knowing I would be spending that much time in prison and go willingly. Let's face it. What does he have to loose?
Yeah they gave him 10 years with the 11 and 13 year old girls. With the alford plea because he is guilty. And they know it why they let him remain free beats the hell out of me.

Sooner then you thought right B***H BOY. LMFAO

Thanks! You beat me to it...lol I just looked it up and yes, that's when his Sentencing is scheduled. Place your bets. Who thinks he got himself a sympathetic judge who will give him the minimum sentence? I do. Since he wasn't held after his conviction, and still isn't held due to his plea agreement, I'd say that molester isn't too worried about sentencing. |
I agree. That 10 years doesn't include what he'll get for the first case conviction either. I don't know what the Cecil Whig meant when they wrote that he could get up to 85 years. They are not the most reliable source. And if that were true, he would not have been free to prepare for his second case. |
| ||||
Its true they let him remain free on bond.
How about a candle light for the victims in elkton. What does everyone think of that ?
The judge probably let him out on bond because the likelyhood that he's gonna flee the jurisdiction is pretty low and the likelyhood that he's going to be a threat to the public is probably pretty low. Although I doubt most people will agree or understand the concept that he's probably not a threat.

i'm hoping for an apathetic judge. Randy will need to rely on his Order of Ishenru Black Belt to keep from being raped. But then again... he does like boys these days ! HEY TOBY COOLING, how does your prized student look now?
Look at at this way. That Judge gave him two more months to play with boys and girls and plan his escape. That $600,000 is secured with his property. Mary can sell that and still provide him with plenty of play money outside the country. STUPID!!!!! Perhaps if the judges children were victims...the outcome would be different! He should be behind bars NOW
just curiously how many of you personally know him? and how?
I went to school with both him and Mary (she got pregnant by him and never finished, married him instead and became a breeding machine), and I absolutely believe that he is guilty and should be put away. I don't understand why Mary stays by his side, she's as sick as he is.
I know him to well. VICTIM, VICTIM, AND VICTIM
When he was convicted the first time his children were VERY young. It really is ignorant to bring them into this and make them feel like criminals. They are innocent in this. They cannot control a sick mans actions. I feel for each of them. I know one of the kids and he is a very nice person with a wonderful family of his own. I know that it is embarrassing for them to see this happening...again.
As for Mary, perhaps she was not strong enough to leave. We do not know what she was/is thinking. Would I stay? NO, but I am not going to judge this woman, besides who knows besides their family what is really going on with them privately. He deserves to pay for what he has done...again. THIS time serving real time for it. I feel for his victims. They will have this to deal with for the rest of their lives. |

Looks like he owes some fines. |
Wow... with all this sexual abuse, you'd think he was a priest !
What do get with randy downstairs getting ready to molest the kids ? Mary upstairs making thier beds.
