ok you say it is wrong what she did but just take a moment to think about it. He asked her to have sex with him. its like a 28 year old women and a 60 year old man. they could being having sex and it wouldnt be a crime would it. She was a wonderful teacher and made learning way easier. it would be horrible to take away her life and carrer that she worked so hard to get. I believe deep in my heart that she would NEVER do this again. For goodness sake, she gave students her phone number just in case we needed help. and one day i did. I was seriously about to kill myself. Thanks to her I didnt. The only person I COULD GO TO ABOUT MY PROBLEM WAS HER. and i thank her for that. she had the most love and pride for her school and it show. I felt like she was the only teacher that cared.

Are you kidding me? How are you going to rationalize and try to compare this to 28 and 60 yr old adults? First of all, not even close to the same. Second of all, the teacher committed a crime on a child. If she were 60 and he was 28, she'd be considered lucky, not a law breaker.

Third of all, she was recently married. You obviuosly have no consideration for the husband in this case. Tell him how "OK" you think it is, because she was a good teacher. She might have been great at math, but what math lesson can be learned from staring at her boobs in the back seat of a car? Unless they both ran out of fingers and toes, I see no reason to break out two more "digits".

Fourth of all, I'm glad she helped you out of a tough situation, but please don't let it blind your judgement. You can appreciate her assistance without trying to plead her case. If you do not realize what she did is wrong, on so many levels, then I'm a little concerned about you. However, being still a child yourself, I can understand the loyalty you want to provide to someone who you think made a difference in your life.

Maybe this teacher who saved you, needs your help to save her. Maybe she needs you to tell her what all she meant to you and to other students. But that can't happen until you realize what she did was wrong. You should feel betrayed, yet you feel grief on her behalf. If your feelings are that strong, then help her by helping yourself, by first realizing the impact she has made on several people. Think of the student. Think of his parents. Think of the husband. What about them? Just because it's "no big deal" to you, doesn't mean it's no big deal to anyone else.

Don't defend her to us, defend her to herself. I know that you think the world is against you, especially at your age, but I have a hint for you; this world would love to help you, if you gave it a chance. Put away the attitude and know-it-all mind set and actually listen. You may be surprised at what you hear. Be accepting of us old people, like we accept you. We're not trying to hurt your feelings or belittle you, we're trying to help...but you have to hear it that way.

There is no way this woman should ever be allowed to work with children again. It doesn't matter if the student propositioned her, or vice versa. The fact is that as the ADULT, she should have acted professionally and appropriately. It is shocking and appauling how often these types of incidents are occurring. It seems that pedophiles are everywhere these days!
