they count as homeless people living with another family, or a family member of their own, they aren't all 'homeless', meaning without a home to live in as in living on the streets. Some of those 'homeless' live in homes, have food, water, shelter, warmth. They count them 'homeless' even though they live with other people(maybe they live with grandma, or family friends), not in their very own home. Which is ridiculous, it skews the actual numbers, and we don't see exactly how many kids really are living on the street.

The drug rate goes up and so does the number of parents that doesn't give a damn about there kids. Thats a crying shame. Eventually the kids will no that its not them that missed out.

I want to make a difference and have a family of our own. That could take a few children off the list.
