If everything went so well, why did the Chief have water spraying on a fire that he didn't know what was the cause until much later?

Why were there 2 railcars involved that had chemicals that were undertermined because the manifest was wrong?

Why in the world would Judge Roberts think it was okay to show up on the scene when she and her shadow are not HazMat Operations trained just because the Chief told them to before he ever knew what they had?

Why were firefighters going to the hospital with bleeding and coughing if it wasn't anything to worry about?

Why did the chief have the command post, firefighters, and equipment so close? That was a no brainer not to be that close in case of an explosion.

I had the impression that they knew all along what the chemicals were, but were not releasing that to the media right away. For whatever reason...

I hope they were not spraying water on a chemical fire without knowing what the chemical was...with some chemicals that can make the fire worse.(Or so I've heard--I'm no expert.)
CSX Victim

Let's talk about how poorly CSX treated the real people they hurt. Did you know that the families at ground zero have been treated like a bunch of toothless, barefoot hillbillies? Did you know they made this mess, and then just left it? I don't mean the part that looks pretty, oh no, they spared no expense to make themselves look good to the media. I'm talking about the families who are so traumatized that they can't return and now have no home. CSX promised those people that they were sympathetic and would relocate them. But instead, they've moved on and left those families hanging. It's disgusting and shameful.
