Watch Insight/Time Warner, They Are Screwing Us!

They insisted I switch to 2.0 telephone service and then bill went up $7.50.
They brought in a new modem and without telling me they start renting it to me at around $4.00 a month. Nothing was wrong with the modem I had but they claimed I needed a new one to run the 2.0 telephone.
I will be calling them tomorrow speaking with the retention department. They will either make me happy or I will go bye bye. They aren't the only ballgame in town!
If they are doing this to me how many other customers are they screwing?

They made my bill $171 a month for a year (it was $191 a month). I'm happy!
Remember to ask for retentions, point out how much you give them a year, and point out how you don't need them as much as they need you. The lady puts me on hold and comes back with a new rate. No argument, just complain, get put on hold, get cheaper rate.

They are crazy. They wanted to rase my bill 30 dollars so I dumped their azz. I got Direct TV and AT&T for about half.........
