The five-seven really needs a longer barrel to work properly. Out of a pistol, it is about equal to a .22 magnum or Hornet. IMHO you'd be undergunned with it for anything other than small game or plinking.

Over 1000 dollars for this popgun? I don't think so, Skippy. I'll stick with my new toy - a US Fire-Arms Single Action revolver in .45 Long Colt.

We need every caliber available; especially the larger calibers. The particular weapon in this article is over priced and under calibered. I do not see myself buying it. One can purchase two high calibered Glocks for less than one of these guns.

The Austrian Glock is one of the best guns out there. I'm not crazy about the sub-compacts though, you really can't get a good grib on them. I wonder how the G30 sub-compact which is a .45 handles? I saw one at a gun show, it's really a very short grip.

Still way too much of a stocking nightmare. You really only need about 4. This will cover all bases. You can't keep reinventing the wheel.
