It is absurd that 49 is considered old. Weren't we all shocked because Michael Jackson died so young at 50? What people need to do is stick together. If a company is discriminating against older workers, stop patronizing them. Write letters letting them know we don't appreciate their policy. People collectively have much more power than they realize. But they are afraid to use it. They just sit back and claim that is the way it is.

Wow, I cqn sure relate to this article. I'm 73 and was laid off in November. I have numerous experience and a lot of frustration trying to find something else. The funny thing is, I'm not asking for the moon but something just to fill in the gaps. I would think an employer would jump to get this type of employee. Anyone out there?

Enjoy renewed emotional strength as the Moon lights up your sign. Some of your emotions may be overpowering as the Moon clashes with idealistic Neptune; try not to let yourself get carried away. On the positive side, you should be able to persuade others to your point of view with very little effort. Your charm and magnetism are strong.
