This deficiency in serving the majority population has to be corrected. As a business traveler to New York twice a week I consider myself a semi resident. I've become a fan of Mayor Bloomberg and of the diverse culture. I hope to see this change soon so that the majority is included. Brigitte Grisanti New York semi resident.
