Great store! They carry a stunning selection of european clothing for babies and toddlers. They also carry big sizes for older kids ages 8-16. It is very hard to find good quality and stylish european clothes for my ten and 12 year old daughters and a 16 year old son. I came accross this store. Amazing selection, exceptional sales and customer service. The lady who works there was very pleasant, and heled me with my selection. They have great holiday pants and shirts for boys, including big sizes, for big kids. They have a lot of little things such as baby toys and small gift sets for any age and occasion. Great variety and lots of brands, like Catimini, Deux par Deux, Jean Bourget, Boboli. All is from Spain and France. Great experience shopping there. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Affordable prices with great range for every pocket. The best kids boutique in Brooklyn. Highly recommend. Will shop again.

Glamkidz.com is a miserable place to shop! Their company policy appears to be to provide zero customer service and to renege on sales. If you have a problem with a purchase (which I did--never received the item I bought from them) there is no phone number to call to speak to a human being affiliated with the website. The buyer is relegated to sending an email requesting information on the items they have purchased; but don't expect to get a response. I never did! When I finally reached a person at the "brick and mortar" store in Brooklyn, I was told that they had no relationship with the website and so could not provide me with any help or means of telephoning the website. I was given yet another email to try. Only then was I informed that the item I purchased did not successfully pass through customs and would never arrive. I was told that I would receive a credit through my credit card. I asked for specific transaction numbers to verify the credit--I was finally given two numbers which when I called my credit card company, were described as "false". I finally just decided to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and let them deal with glamkidz.com . I gave up! Save yourself a boatload of trouble and don't buy anything from them online.

Pretty much the same thing that happened to Josh happened to me. They gave me a fake tracking number, then when I told them the number was fake they said the package was lost in the mail and would send me a new package. So they sent me a new fake tracking number for that package. I told them to issue a refund to my credit card and was told "we'll check on that." A week later and they haven't done anything. I am disputing the charge with my credit card. I make a lot of purchases on the internet and have never encountered any company this bad. Horrible, fraudulent, company, avoid at all costs!

Same as the others. Horrible experience. Never received the item and had to dispute through my credit card. Could never get an email response or a person on the phone. I can't believe they are still on business. This is a scam or fraudulent business!

I bought a girl’s coat by Snowimage on glamkidz.com . Unfortunately, the coat is considerably different from photo/description. The coat is not made in Italy as stated. In fact there is no country of production anywhere on the coat.In addition, the photo shows that the coat is A-line shape at bottom, but it is very slim/skinny compared to the photo. I have contacted customer service and they refuse to take it back. Fraudulent business.
