I had an early iPhone which I loved. So I was very happy when I bought the 5S. But much to my dismay when I dropped it by mistake, it broke. My friends drop their Androids all the time with no problem. But just my luck....And, Customer Service was very bad too.

I have the iPhone 5S. Too many problems to even discuss. Maybe I would have been better off dropping it. At least then I would be out of my misery.

I'll bash Apple any chance I get. Their customer service is a complete rip-off. They really have a lot of nerve to charge people for tech support after 90 days. With other smart phones you get to deal with the customer service of the carrier and not pay anything.

Now they're finally getting around to in store repairs. How long a wait would that be? I think I'd rather pay the $20 or whatever it is they charge on the phone. Time is money. Better yet buy an Android.

What do you expect? Thanks to you Americans, products suck everywhere. With your big corporations getting trillions in bailouts and making records profits electronics are turning into junk. Androids are bad too but at least a lot less expensive than Apple, especially a low end smartphone which is all I really need. Ta Ta...lol

Don't most Canucks like Obama? We also have the FED to thank for all this. And I agree the iPhones have turned into overpriced junk.

My best mobile phone was my very first one I had in the 90s. It was very reliable. I won't back Android nor Apple. I guess the IPhone would be the worst because it costs the most.

I wish my phone had a vajajay so I could just marry it already.

I'll be succinct: The new iPhones are terrible.

I just read that over 80 percent of the Smartphone market are Androids. That tells me they have a better product. I threw away over two grand not long ago on a Mac that turned out to be a piece of junk. "Overrated" fits Apple to a T! Maybe (from what I've read) they're too busy committing Tax Fraud to worry about making decent electronics anymore.

I was enjoying myself at a nice quiet restaurant with a first date, when suddenly out of nowhere I heard very loud music blasting. It turned out to be my wonderful iPhone. I tried to shut it off but nothing worked. Finally had to turn off the phone. By then everybody in that establishment was staring at me. Needless to say there was no second date. Never had anything that ridiculous happen with a so called smartphone before.

Add me to the list of those peeved by the iPhone customer service. Bad all the way around.

iPhones are smaller and cost more too. If people want to throw away their money, it's dumb money on a smart phone.

The pride and integrity of Steve Jobs is gone. iPhone and other Apple products are nothing more than overpriced pieces of psuedo status symbols that are no longer any better than their competitors. It's like walking into a real trendy and fancy restaurant and being served McDonalds food.

Your post hits it right on the nail! iPhones right now are nothing but overpriced junk.

"iPhones just ain't what they used to be...ain't what they used to be..." That was a great tune. And it applies to all recent Apple products.

But...but I need my iPhone for status. The babes think I'm cool even though my iPhone is worth more than my car. I don't know how I would survive without clueless people.

All the fancy features on these phones. But they are smartPHONES right? Then why about half the time don't they make calls or ring when somebody calls me?

Droids are getting better. iPhones are getting worse. Droids give you more for less. iPhones gives you less for more.
