'Rev. tried to sin with me'

Aug 19, 2013 Full story: New York Post 38

A Bible-thumping Seventh Day Adventist pastor shamelessly begged a Queens church secretary for sex despite the fact that both are married - and the organization's all-powerful leader tried to cover up the scandal, the secretary's blockbuster lawsuit claims.

about this alleged perv pastor it says:
"Burroughs, meanwhile, was never punished and continues to preach the Gospel each Sunday to hundreds of parishioners"

-so apparently the dummys at the New York Post don't know what the seventh day is and assumed that the church is like all the dummys who think Sunday is 'the Lord's day'

So typical that you missed the entire point, which is that he is still allowed to teach in the pulpit, rather than which day of the week he preaches! Wow!!! Guess I shouldn't be surprised, but...

No crazy woman I didn't miss that at all, especially since I copy/pasted that particular fact from the article!

If anyone here fails to miss the point of something important and undeniable it's YOU-the one who makes a point of denying blatant truth in scripture Every day here

The NY Post is owned by a 'new world order' supporting dirtbag jew named Rupert Murdock but it seems the reporters don't know or care what day of the week is the seventh

How can the SDA clergy be perfect enough for the Lord to return when they glory in extra-marital affairs? Based on Ellen White's statement on expected perfectionism in COL (page 69), Jesus will NEVER return. Moreover, it has been my continual assessment that Seventh-day Adventist ministers have too much free time and too many financial rewards. Many SDA pastors think twice before leaving the Adventist organization, for upholding outright heresies, with so many financial perks. Sadly, money talks in SDA circles. The commandment to teach "sound doctrine" in Titus 1 and 2 is completely ignored.

These inept pastors survive because the pew warmers are so unconsecrated and let them continue their garbage.

The crowd is sympathetic with the priest not the messenger, just like they were when Moses cam down the mount.

Most SDA pew warmers are phoney carnal churchian criminals.

Typical of the hypocrisy which is such a trademark of Adventism.

It doesn't matter what you do, just as long as you happen to be in a high position. Only underlings should have to conform. Blerk!

We're both lucky to have found that Exit.

The SDA leader is Rev. Dr. Ted Wilson. Many SDA churches are open on Sundays.

What this man needs to give his heart to the Lord Jesus Christ and come to Him for healing of the heart and a right relationship with God. We are all sinners and all have fallen short. This man needs Jesus plain and simple. Railing and ragging will only drive him further into the mess. Anyone without sin can throw the first stone.

What type of sinning was he trying to do?
Regular sinning or back-door sinning?

I do not know whether the man if guilty or not what is being said.

However, it is extremely interesting how nearly everyone stands ready to condemn because someone was 'Accused' of open sin. Have you heard of the due process of law which includes an investigation on the matter? You have fallen into the Jesuit trap and accept simple gossip as gospel truth. This is a tactic the Jesuit order has used for years.

Uh, OK. Has anyone investigated the bible to verify it's authenticity and/or truth? After all, without proof it is merely gossip......right?
