Only reason a gun was taken from one of these dopes, was his trying to enter the vehicel (which is far more than a search) after Zeigler id'd himself.....would be my guess
I take issue with the bowing in the first place, dickweed. Law enforcementr shouldn't consider employmnt....IMO.

Chief Zeigler seems to be an arrogant bonehead who deserves the written specifications NYPD is considering on him. He lives a fantasy world, looking to initiate problems so his dreams seemingly turn into realities. He reminds me of you in a way, just looking to say,''I told you so.''

I used to work with a POS lieutenant who was from the 'hood. he used to do illegal crap on purpose when he saw a white rookie standing there. he LOVED to whip out the gold Lt. shield and watch the rookies stutter their way out of it, despite the fact he was in the wrong. Ziegler DID NOT correctly ID himself. No way. if he had, he would have gotten a "sorry sir" and they cops would have taken off as soon as he let them. And Community Affair officers are the most racist bunch of do-nothings the job has ever created.
