big is easily da greatest, he hadnt fully matured into an mc and he was miles ahead of nas n jay, his first 2 albums are classics every song worth listening to unlike any other mc, and no other double album gets close, now im a real hip hop fan pac was great, he was an icon but on that lyrical shit lets be honest he could not touch big, big had a touch of everything and has to be G.O.A.T.

Go listen to illmatic nas was 20 when he had finished making the album. But most the lyrics were taken from his pre-illmatic mixtape which he prolly done when he was 16-18 years old. ILLMATIC IS THE GREATEST hiphop album i can guarantee you that.
When some one that young makes an album that great you know he is the greatest.
Oh yea and Nas' shits on biggie and every rapper proof -->Illmatic, stillmatic, lost tapes, it was written, god's son
listen to those albums and your new favorite rapper is nas

Top 5 Nas, Mos Def,Lupe, AZ, Jay Z, Kanye (underground). In that order. P4P The best Lyrically. Big is too commercial, Pac is good at poetry. Nas best song half time; Mos Def travelin man; AZ rather unique; Jayz Dead Prez2; Lupe underground material.

Are u guyz fkn seriuss? Number one Pac was da best, den Biggie (rip), den jay-z, den Nas. Pac was a lyrical genious and showed it on songs like hail mary, ambitionz az a ridah, life goes on, and so many tears. biggie had a sick flow and defined it all on Ready to die, jay-z has two of hip hops greatest albums of all time, Reasonable doubt and blueprint, the tohers were good to alright, but some like blueprint 2, kingdom come, vol. 3, and black album were kinda wack. Nas only had one good album, illmatic. Sh*t like God's Son, Street's Disciple, hip hop is dead, and nastradamus just killed Nas rep. Stillmatic was good tho, ill giv im dat one
|
|
Swagg129
|
and by tha way ilmatic is up there but is not tha best album ever, dats for Biggie;s Ready to Die, then All Eyez on me, Reasonable Doubt, then Illmatic. lost tapes and most other things nas has done is sh*t. check your sources budd
