McGee case doesn't merit prosecution

It totally deserves it. The facts are that Forrest County was getting its fair share of ice but choose to keep most of it in Hattiesburg rather than sending some out to outlying areas. People can beat up on FEMA all they want but the fact is that trucks were rolling in just as soon as the roads were open and trucks were going on that same day to Forrest County's central distribution point. Other counties went without while Forrest got product everyday. The people of Brooklyn, MS should be asking their EOC director why he wasn't sending them any product. There is a myth going around that trucks were just sitting at Camp Shelby and not being sent out to people in need. That is a 100% myth that can be proven by records. Sheriff McGee didn't have the facts and he had his deputies beat up an MP. The sheriff won't admit to how badly his men roughed up the MP, he likes to gloss over that. I wonder if he would be glossing over that if some federal marshalls had done that to one of his deputies.
