Now let's hope the judge throws her in prison for 30 years.

She murdered Mr. Wolters. She just used her car rather than a gun or knife. She needs to get a life sentence the same as any other murderer would. She drank intentionally and afterward drove her vehicle.
If you think life is too long of a sentence, remember, James Wolters will never draw another breath because of her.

people like her need to be locked up with the key thrown away.

Yeah -- it's cheaper for the buses to quit running at 11pm when bars are open until 2am.

Lets just pretend drunk people know better.

Cabs still run...why pay to run empty buses around town? Its not like every drunk doesn't have a cell phone to call, and every bar will happily call one for you too. Public transit isn't the only answer...

Funny how a bar can make a profit from delievering a 15 dollar pizza to your front door.

Mass Transit will put Mad Mothers and group hug treatment centers out of business.

People don't use buses because they aren't running when the bars close.

Go ahead and pretend alcoholics are suppose to be able to afford a taxi, if it makes you feel better.

A lot cheaper for a taxi ride than that last round...I guess alcoholics can't do math either.

People don't use buses at night because they hope to arrive at their destination alive and un-robbed.

I've lived in Cities with round the clock buses -- you don't have to drink and drive at all.

Buses quit running before the bars close in Minnesota because it gives 12 step junkies job security.
