First rule:

Be genuine and take your job seriously. Don’t sent or give red roses all time, just because the “red roses” symbolize love. Believe me she won't find it romantic at all. She will pretend that she loved them a lot but she will think in very deep down that you are only "a lazy guy". Aren't you?
