New pill pusher across from elementary

Well pill-poppers are generally pretty laid-back folks, and don't worry they won't give your kids any because they'll take em all.

Understand that a pill "pusher" wants to get people hooked on pills so they find a way to get people addicted. In young people they offer them free at first.
An addicted person is called a pill "popper" and typically won't share their drugs more less sell them.
So the statement said there was a pill pusher and should be a true concern!
