This case just shows how perverted the criminal justice system has becom. Not just in Humboldt County but throughout this country.

Just take a father. Say the man is tired of the mother of his children manipulating the children in order to violated the COURT ORDERED CUSTODY. So the father notifies the mother he does not consent to the mother's violation of the COURT ORDERED CUSTODY. So the mother immediately files a criminal, domestic violence restraining order against the father. The father has zero prior history of violence, with the exception being what the mother has made up in lied.

So the father spends $30,000 successfully proving the mother's charges are unfounded. In feact the mother commits perjury not just once, but at least five times.

The result? The judge charges the father with a charge he wasn't even defending himself against during the trial period. Why? Why to protect the mother from a charge of perjury, a felony.

But take Josiah Miller. A man who murdered a woman. Burned her vehicle to eliminate evidence. And threw the woman (we don't know if she was still alive at the time) over a 345 or so foot drop off a bridge, and the criminal justice system gives this animal more rights than a law abiding father.

I wonder at times why over 4,000 men and women have died in the Middle East of late in defense of this god forsaken country.

And all you people do is sit on your hands and do nothing.

Even if Josiah gets prosicuted he will get away with any crime he did in Crescent City when the DA loses his job because of drug use. Thank God he was charged in multiple countys because otherwise he may of gotten away with it.

Daily Horoscope for December 7

Taurus

There are powerful forces at work in a relationship today, and they'll have quite an impact on you. If you're with that special person in your life, don't be surprised if there's a lot of sexual tension between you that manifests as irritation and bad temper. You'll probably have a huge row and then have a very enjoyable time making it up.
