Pre-trial in Crescent City murder case set for Wednesday

A motion to dismiss a special circumstances charge against an Arcata man accused of killing a Crescent City woman is scheduled to be heard Wednesday at his pre-trial hearing in Del Norte County.

He isn't innocent until proven guilty. Under law, he is PRESUMED innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The f'er is very likely guilty, proven or not. He should man up and confess his role, be it what we think it was or if the facts differ from what we think.

Momma says he's innocent so it must be true. He was framed! He realized he had just spent 600 bucks on the Devil's Weed and threw it into the Klamath River.
