BT came from a Hinds County supervisor and former mayor I believe of Bolton to being a millionaire in congress. How does that happen on a congressman's salary? Vote for conservatives in our gov't that will be good stewards of our hard earned tax dollars.

Are you talking about the increasing teen pregnancy rate in his district, the increasing drop out rate, the loss of jobs over the past 17 plus years, The increase on government dependency? The Man is a crook, he is only in office to make money. He has done a vast amount of harm to the Delta in his tenure and votes for anti-christain causes. Only the ignorant can say that he has done well for Mississippi. Unfortunately we have a very uninformed electorate here so he keeps getting re-elected. It is sad. We we are cutting our nose off to spite our face. I guess he figures, keep em dumb and needy and they'll vote for me.

The reason I am voting is to make sure Ignorant crooks like Thompson get sent home from Washington. He has caused this city, county, district, state and country nothing but harm. We would do just as good having an inmate out of Parchman filling his seat.

Thompson is smart and his own man, we works his district and stays connected to the folks that votes for him. He knows the issues.

Party affiliation or race has nothing to do with this issue. Our country is broke because our government is broken. It's not just since Obama was elected. It's been broken for a long time. Whether you're a Republican, Democrat or an Independent, if you want real change in American you will not get it by voting for the incumbents. The only way to break the cycle of greed and theft in Washington is to recycle all the sitting potentates. Could things get worse? Maybe, but if we leave the current politicians in office it most certainly will get worse. If you change one rotten apple in the barrel you still have a barrel of rotten apples.

if you really believe that, then i would say you are as smart as he is. The problem with that is that my dog is, too. The rest of us will live in the real world and get our head out of a hole. Have a nice day and try again.
