Obama loves corporate sponsorship. What would he do without Wall St.? Maybe it's time for you to stop the false pretense, and admit that your party is gleefully in the back pocket of unions and corporate fat cats.Name a Tea Party candidate and I'll show you a corporate sponsored mouthpiece.(Also see reason why GOP looks at Tea Party as a bunch of paid off kooks)

Tell us a little about those 18 Benghazi-like attacks. Did the ambassadors request heightened security prior to the attacks, because they had reason to believe they were at an increased risk? How did the State Dept respond to the requests, if there were any? How did the administration respond to the attacks after they occurred? Did they blame an obscure individual who made a video nobody ever saw? Did they lie about whether or not the attacks were terrorist-related? Did they investigate the attacks and try to gather evidence? Did they bring any of the perpetrators to justice? Were they forthright in producing any requested documents to Congress?
#26664 Mar 9, 2014
Still in your delusions, I see, pretending to bust people and declare them void. You're VOID, clingon.
#26665 Mar 9, 2014
She's like a reptile who tries to appear human. Definitely isn't as charming and personable as Obama ... he actually has a funny sense of humor. Hillary doesn't have a chance.
#26666 Mar 9, 2014
Didn't he hire his staff? Isn't it their job to make sure he has accurate information? They knew 3 years ago that people would actually be losing their healthcare plans because of ObamaCare, yet he kept saying, "if you like your plan, you can keep it". His staff is either working against him and he's a bonafide idiot (possible), or he knew he was lying every time he said it (very probably). Either scenario is awful. He's too incompetent or corrupt to be trusted with such a powerful military and economy.
Take a look at Obama's schedule over the past 17 days. He received his "daily briefing" only 8x.(Maybe it should be called the "every-other-day-briefing ".) The only Congressional leader he met with was Boehner, 1x. The only cabinet members he met with were the Secretaries of the Treasury and Defense, 1x each. He did attend the Nat'l Governor's Association meeting, and met then with the governors of western states to discuss drought & wildfires. He also met with a few world leaders. But other than that, he spent a sizable amount of his time giving speeches, attending political events, and having photo ops. He took all Saturdays and Sundays off. He basically doesn't have a clue what's going on around him.

Are you one of those tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy nuts who still thinks lizard people are taking over the human race? ROFLMAO
You desperate rightwingers really will believe ANYTHING, won't ya.
Let's recap here, so that everyone can see just how batshitcrazy and out-of-touch you overzealous creation science d-bags really are... You think the antichrist is coming, but you're supposedly "not that religious". You think we should force religious fanaticism into public schools under the banner of "science", and you don't think cigarette smoke is harmful to children...
#26671 Mar 9, 2014
I've never heard about the conspiracy. Tell me what your theory is.
Right. A lot of people believe what the bible says, but they're not religious.
ID isn't religious fanaticism. It's not religion at all. If you glorified monkeys weren't scared shit-less about the truth of your own theory, you wouldn't have to lie about other people's.
It might complicate matters for some children who are weak to begin with (asthma, allergies, etc.), but the average child, no. I think the outrage about smoking real cigarettes is over anyway ... there's a new activity to control now: e-cigs. Some idiots are upset because it LOOKS like smoking. It's not harming anyone -- not even the smoker -- but it's pissing off the anti-smoking extremists.
By the way, when are you going to use your own username again? If you're mixed-race, that's fine -- continue to use it -- but if not, give my name back to me.
#26672 Mar 9, 2014
That is so weak and pathetic. But not really a big surprise.
#26673 Mar 9, 2014
Good god-two delusional nutcases are on a roll today. It's obvious that you're both in that 25% of people who believe that the sun revolves around the earth.
#26674 Mar 9, 2014
Remember, Dahmer's fascist lapdog listens to idiots like Rush and Palin.
Why "kiss a donkey's ass" when you could just stick your whole head up an elephant's ass for profit...
#26675 Mar 9, 2014
"Profit" is a dirty word, isn't it. Unless you're a leading democrat who's in bed with the unions and Wall St., then it's ok.
#26676 Mar 9, 2014
Haven't you wondered how your party can claim to be the champion of minorities, but as soon as a minority individual speaks against the democrats, they try to destroy him/her?
#26677 Mar 9, 2014
I didn't know anyone believed that. You and the little dipshit seem to be informed about the most bizarre conspiracies ... lizards taking over the world ... the sun revolving around the earth ... makes me wonder what kind of associations you have, and if your parents know.
#26678 Mar 9, 2014
Name just about any politician & I will show you a corporate sponsored mouthpiece.
It doesn't seem that the party matters on this one. It's about power on ALL sides.
That's was why Obama campaigned against 'lobbyist' but after he was in he never closed the door to them.
Another lie of his. And actually just about every politician that would say such a thing.
#26679 Mar 9, 2014
Actually the statement was that 51% didn't know that Earth revolves around the the Sun in a years time.
But IF you want to go back to the 'Flat Earth', or that the Earth is the center of the solar system go right ahead & show your closed mindedness.
YOU can also be an example of how the left twist things to prove a non-fact.
Like Goebbels said,& I am paraphrasing, repeat a lie often enough & it becomes the truth.
#26680 Mar 9, 2014
That's like claiming that Sarah Palin said that she could see Russia from her Alaskan home. She NEVER said that. Tina Faye said that on SNL (which is cool. It's a comedy show) but some how it became 'fact' that Sarah had said that.
Sad but true that that shows how sheeple the progressives are & how biased the main press is.
What ever happened to the majority of the press voicing the truth? I know, the printed press is dying with the internet age & they are doing whatever it takes to continue printing/voicing whatever gets them sponsorship/advertising dollars or they would cease to exist.
They are having trouble evolving with the times just as the tobacco companies are. No bias here, just an observation.

As national Democrats prepare to run against the GOP on income equality issues, a giant union has issued a scathing Obamacare document that could undermine that case.
"The Irony of ObamaCare: Making Inequality Worse" is the title of the UNITE HERE (Culinary parent) document that is posted here and soon to be making its way to Capitol Hill. It is devastating to the Democrats. To wit:
Ironically, the Administrations own signature healthcare victory poses one of the most immediate challenges to redressing inequality. Yes, the Affordable Care Act will help many more Americans gain some health insurance coverage, a significant step forward for equality. At the same time, without smart fixes, the ACA threatens the middle class with higher premiums, loss of hours, and a shift to part-time work and less comprehensive coverage.
The paper argues that the Affordable Care Act will transfer a billion dollars in wealth to insurance companies, create an unlevel playing field in the market, force employers to cut back hours and result in pay decreases. It lays it out in detail, with examples of union workers affected by Obamacare.

Here's exactly what Sarah said to Charlie Gibson of ABC. It was topical when Tina Fey did her impression. Have you forgotten?
#26684 Mar 9, 2014
For those that don't feel like clicking on the link, here is what she said:
"Later in the interview, Palin was asked why exactly being the governor of Alaska made her an expert on Russia -- a claim that the McCain campaign has used to justify her national security bonafides. Her response was to cite geographic proximity, claiming that from some points in her home state, one could actually see the increasingly confrontational nation.
PALIN: We have to keep our eyes on Russia. Under the leadership there.
GIBSON: What insight into Russian actions does the proximity of the state give you?
PALIN: They're our next door neighbors. And you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska."
Not wrong, just evasive of the thrust of his main question: "why are you an expert of Russia?" I think this was a turning point in that election. Her choice was horrible mistake by McCain, and this interview revealed that to the nation. She was amazingly uninformed on a wide range of issues.

He might just be hanging out with those that believe that the Bible is literally true.
"12 Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel:
Sun, stand still over Gibeon;
And Moon, in the Valley of Aijalon.
13 So the sun stood still,
And the moon stopped,
Till the people had revenge
Upon their enemies.
Is this not written in the Book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day. "
You'll notice that it's not the rotation of the Earth that was stopped by God, but the movement of the Sun. Which suggests that the Sun revolves around the Earth.
"Also troubling is the inability of many Americans to distinguish science from pseudoscience... the most glaring and embarrassing finding is that 26 percent of us think the sun orbits the Earth. Thats right. One-fourth of us believe that glowing orb is moving around us instead of the other way around."
