Barach Hussein Obama failed to perform his primary sworn duty of protecting Americans. Instead he skipped the security briefings so he could campaign and golf and party.
He could care less about those 4 dead sodomized guys.
Obama must go!

The same teabaggers that claimed "Bush kept us safe" for 8 years.

Except for that pesky 9/11 WTC thing.

Teabaggers are blaming Obama for not keeping Americans safe while abroad but disregard the POS that couldn't keep Americans safe in America.

Poor teabagger.

Isn't Springsteen the multi-millionaire rock star who gets a farm subsidy because of a technicality in the law? Both he and Bin Jovie exploit this statute with different justifications. One has bee hives and the other has someone tending crops on a few acres of his land. I forget which 1 percenter has the crops and which has the honey. Nonetheless, when a politician has to provide entertainment to attract a crowd, it becomes more about the performers and less about issues. The ancient Romans did something similar: bread and circuses. Feed the plebes and entertain them and they will mindlessly follow you anywhere.
Springsteen is worried that he will be reduced to preforming in some ghetto cafe if he does not support BO. Bruce is as capitalist as it gets and he knows it. This clown has made big money singing mediocre songs and he is washed up now so he feels kissing up to BO will keep him popular. Pack it in Bruce, times up!

Morgan freeman is another let down. he is a very good actor but BO has his tit in a wringer. Freeman even stated a while back that BO is NOT a black man. The white man made Freeman a millionaire as did the white man made Sam jackson a Millionaire. These two are huge disappointments. This presidential race is about who is qualified, not color but the racist are making it all about color!

I agree with you, Liz. References to Christie's weight or Eastwood'state of mind are childish and cruel, the sort of thing that schools are trying to educate children to avoid. I pointed out in my own comments that Mrs. Clinton is highly educated, sophisticated and very professional. I simply do not share her world view. During the 2008 campaign, her wardrobe of pants suits was the target of jokesters from her own party. Personally, I thought that she dressed appropriately in the context of the campaign and for her age and position. Imagine how she would be ridiculed if she arrived in a miniskirt and flip flops. Only those who lack a valid position would stoop to the type of ridicule you cited above. Abraham Lincoln endured insults from the press and even General McClellan for his extraordinary height and awkward appearance. Today we remember him because of his conduct as president and the wisdom and compassion evident in his speeches. "The content of one's character" is more important than weight, age, manner of dress or "the Color of one'skin."

hahahahah the man that knows everything, apparantly knows nothing. Spends four days preparing to debate the truth........something he has to train for.

Geithner defends Obama as deficit again tops $1 trillion... Geithner: Obama's consistant, he's had nothing but trillion dollar deficits.........we just wonder where it went.

Election Day nears, Romney crowds surging..........Obama still paying people to show up.

Here is a thought since Springsteen is for the working person, why don't they all go campaign in WV and PA were the coal miners are? Oh that's right that wouldn't look good for the media, they don't want to look at these mens faces and their families as they are losing their jobs.

No they would rather go party with Hollywood or to the college campuses to boost their egos.

Springsteen is a has been, Clinton, his own wife couldn't trust him, and Freemen own comments show he isn't the smartest.

I think they need to get back to politics, listen to the working people and get off this kick everyone deserves a free ride.

You would think, any normal person would:

vowed on Wednesday to hunt down the killers of US ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans during an assault on its mission in Benghazi as suspicion grew that the diplomat was the victim of an organised attack by an Islamist group.

"Make no mistake: justice will be done," Obama said at the White House. He described the killing, the first of a US ambassador since 1979, as "outrageous and shocking".

Crucially, though, the president made it clear that the US would work alongside the Libyan government to track down those responsible and would not be turning its back on the Arab spring in Libya or elsewhere in the Middle East.

The Libyan government expressed deep regret over the attack. The country's interim leader, Mohammed Magarief, apologised, calling the killings "cowardly criminal acts" and part of a campaign "to impede our democratic experiment".

The FBI is being dispatched to Libya to help with the hunt, as well as 50 marines to reinforce the Tripoli embassy. Two US warships were reportedly heading towards the Libyan coast on Wednesday night. US surveillance drones are being redeployed to search for suspects among alleged jihadist camps in eastern Libya.

The state department ordered the evacuation of all non-essential staff from the country.

Romney was eager to talk about the topic, squeezing interviews with three television networks into his schedule and touching on the subject at the beginning of a rally in Pueblo, Colo.

"I can't imagine saying something like the assassination of ambassadors is a bump in the road, when you look at the entire context, the assassination, the Muslim Brotherhood president being elected in Egypt, 20,000 people killed in Syria, Iran close to becoming a nuclear nation, that these are far from being bumps in the road," he told ABC.

"They represent events that are spinning out of the kind of influence we'd like to have. We're at the mercy of events rather than shaping the events in the Middle East."

U.S. officials are investigating the deaths in Libya, which occurred when the consulate was breached.

You would think romney would have learned also:

We're at the mercy of events rather than shaping the events in the Middle East."

"Shaping the events"?

That's what got us where we are today, a royal cluster fu^k over there trying to "shape" events.

Obama should have pulled those people out of there before but how was he to know?

If they did request more security, I would have pulled them immediately.

America needs to stop being world "police".

Under Obama, General Motors is alive & Osama bin Laden is dead. Romney is on record opposing the auto industry bailout, and in 2008 criticized Obama's statement that Obama would go after terrorists in Pakistan.

Notice the assessment of my response to you. It is irrelevant to me. I believe that this site is a venue for discussion. If you had followed it as long as I have, you would see that those who resort to name-calling and insults have little else to offer. Some are operatives from either party who cling to the script regardless of the constant evolution of events. Many either do not know history or accept the revisionist version without researching. I know that the positions I take may be unpopular but they are based upon my experience and research. They have some validity and sometimes are challenged. I appreciate correction. I ignore insults since they are a device to silence dissent. This site is a tool for learning. You have a right to your opinion and you will broaden your perspective by reading carefully considered opinions. Our First Amendment rights derive from the words of the French philosopher Voltaire: "I may not agree with what you say but I defend to the death your right to say it." Wait 'tip you see the comments THIS gets!
