CLEVELAND, Ohio -- While state lawmakers consider banning controversial traffic-enforcement cameras, the city of Cleveland plans on adding them to 26 more intersections -- doubling the number of cameras that ticket thousands of motorists every year.

I think it should be law to install the crosswalk signs on every intersection with a red light camera that have the time remaining before it turns yellow. I have driven down Carnegie ave and had the light at 30th street change on me all the sudden. You should know how much time is left when the hand starts to flash on the sign so you don't have to SLAM on your breaks causing the person behide you to slam on his or her's. FAIR is FAIR but with noting to tell you are just trying to time something that changes at different times. I know some have this count down time on them, they should ALL have them ...
