They should use a company called "Swiftreach Networks" in NJ to call the residents and business owners to advise them of the problem and when it will be fixed.

And with all the money NY'ers make, that won't solve this problem, because it will force them to pay for the improvements, and all of those ridiculously greedy NYer's won't be doing that willingly.

And just like Dan from New Rochelle, where all he is interested in is the restoration of his water. Congratulations Dan on being drowning in your own misery and what's really amazing is that you don't even realize how lousy and worthless your life is.

On the other hand, at least Dan is polite about it. He actually used 'please' and 'thank you'. Apparently from intelligent parents, Dan still doesn't get it.

You are absolutely correct! everyone would be notified by mulitple methods, phone, cell, text message, email, etc.! And there's no equipment to purchase or maintain. Notifications can be launched via the web or any phone. They can call 100's of thousands per hour!
