Sherwood Baptist/new movie anytime soon?

Anyone know if Sherwood Baptist is going to do a new movie anytime soon??? I liked the first 3 that the Kendrick boys did.

Honestly I wasnt a fan of any of the movies. If they make another I won't see it.
I'm not bashing them, that's just my opinion. I go to the movies to be entertained...a diversion from real life for an hour or so. Besides, Sherwood gets enough of my money from what I pay them for daycare.

I like their movies. They are spiritually inspiring as well as having a Christian teaching element.

Most "Hollywood" movies today have at least one bad thing in them, whether it be a curse word, sexual innuendo, witch craft, sorcery, etc. You can bet that the Sherwood movies are clean.

So what if there is sorcery or witchcraft in the movies? It's just pretend. I don't believe in that mess any more than I believe every car that get s shot or goes over a cliff explodes into a ball of fire. Same with my kids because we ecplain to them what's real and what isn't, but if they want to pretend and play make-believe they're wizards or something there's nothing wrong with that.
As for curse words and sexual situations, that's why there is a rating system for movies.

The people in the movies arent actually doing witchcraft, they're just telling a story for entertainment.

Of course I think it's just fine for teens to dance together too so I guess some people think I'm really really terrible.

Yes, it's just pretend for the movie. I don't think watching the Harry Potter movies will send kids to hell. However, if the bible speaks against witchcraft, why would you want your kids exposed to it even if it's make believe? Of course, I used to like to watch westerns where people pretended to get shot and killed, so I don't know that that's any better. Makes you wonder if anything is worthy of watching.

My point being that for a Christian, good movies like Sherwood has made are edifying, motivating, and spiritually uplifting.

OK, Yes, your opinion is valid regarding Sherwood's movies.

No, it doesn't make me wonder if anything is worthy of watching...I watch something for a few minutes, if I don't like it I turn it off or turn the channel. Easy greasy.

But as for why I'd want my kids exposed to things...well I expose my kids to a lot of things. Notice I said, "I" expose them to it so it's in a controlled environment and I can put in perspective. I want to show them right and wrong, not just tell them. I try hard to be a good parent and I hope I am mostly successful in that endeavor.
"Why would I want my kids exposed to it?" Because someone is eventually going to expose them to things, eventually they will learn about things, and I want them to be prepared. I want them already aware of the evil in the world and how to handle it. Some things they aren't ready to see. Others they are.

Some things I expose them to, I think are just fine and perfectly acceptable but the devout Baptists (or Catholics, insert other religion here, etc) do not. My kids. My choice.

Ok there is nothing wrong with the movies have witchcraft in them as long as the people watching do not believe that but the Sherwood movies are good and a great Spirtiual relival from all of the witchcraft stuff. and then there is nothing wrong with teenagers dancing but if you have ever been to high school dance lately some of it is not in God's Glory... That is why as a 16 year old Junior i refuse to go to them. They can get very bad but there is nothing wrong with it
