Florida Gay Basher Arrested, Charged with Hate Crime

One of two men who assaulted another man while shouting anti-gay epithets outside the Westend Package Bar in Newberry, Florida, near Gainesville, in early September, has been arrested and charged.

It has been a slow process all over the US but we are still much further along than say 25 years ago. Look for my pride bumper sticker on my car. :) That would be a gay pride sticker and pride in my new community of Newberry. :)

Apparently you don't know the law. The victim doesn't have to be gay, simply being attacked for being gay whether they are gay or not is sufficient evidence to charge with a hate crime.
