It tears me apart to see such lies printed. Brian Joiner was the most gentle, kind person alive. the violent one was Misty who constantly bragged about her martial art skills and what she could do to people. This is an obvious case of premediated murder. She took him from people who loved him, and they loved him because he was a kind, gentle person. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but ugly is in your soul. She is an ugly, evil, dangerous person who premeditated this murder. I hope she goes away for life but running your mouth can get you out of a lot can't it Misty.

I dont know who you think you are! Last time i checked violence is someone who threatens to kill her 18 year old daughter by rape and burn her parents hotel, where her twin 8 year old daughters live! HE chased her down several times..brakin her nose, crushing her face, and leavin marks on her! He was a drug addict who deserved just what he got! He was jealous because she didnt wanna be with him anymore and was goin back with her husband! Of course someone like you would say things like that because you dont know the facts! Obvioulsy you are a angery person who needs help! The night he was killed he tried to choake her to death and she killed him because of self defense! Everyone knows that he was a worthless piece of shit and he said it himself the police would have to take him dead and he got what he wanted! He would have followed through with everythin he said and there would be alot more than one death. Thank god its over with now and now her family can sleep knowin that there isnt a threat out there!! READ THE PAPERS...ALL THE CHARGES WERE ON HIM..HE HURT HER AND THREATENED HER FAMILY! THANK GOD HES GONE!!

This is just one more tragic death and no one will ever know what really happened. There is only one person alive that really knows the true story and she doesn't want to spend the rest of her life in prison. It's just so senseless. RIP Headbone.

My heart breaks for both sides of this... I know the Joiners but i also know what it's like to be in a violant relationship! In my own opinion i think there should of been something done along time ago..I know in the old days if a man hit a women, her dad..brothers.. ext. took him out and .......... or vis ver sa with him. if she hit him, his mother, sisters.. I think it could of been stopped if someone would of made it "their business" along time ago..No i'm not talking about calling no law i'm talking about some intervention from families, friends. I remember being in that situation and people would just turn their heads worried if they got involved there next "bump" wouldn't be free, or there "friend" might turn on them... What's going wrong in this world, people "minding their own business" So i'm telling you, i see your kids out doing things not right, I'm spanking them or calling you, i'm not staying out of it..DHS isn't going to be called, no laws are involved we need to come together as a community and treat each others kids like yours cause i'd want you to do the same if it was mine! My pray goes out that we as a community stop making headlines with the killings, drugs, dang yellow gates and come together! RIP Headbone and my prayers goes out to the GAYLOR family..

Just thought I'd look up some folks I knew a long time ago in Broken Bow and Eagletown and came across this website and saw the story about Brian Joiner. I'm sorry to all affected by this terrible chain of events. If this is the same Brian Joiner I'm thinking about I knew him back in the summer of 1980. I went to Eagletown with an old friend of mine, she's from there. Once again I'm very sorry to all. Laura Lea

if im remimbering the right story dident he break the windows out of a car and hurt her on her way to arkansas also if this is the case i read about i dont know eather person but if what i read is true he abused her for a long time and she got no help or protection from the law they let him out every time, so him going back to abuse her more a person can only take so much abuse befor they fight back to protect them self and the ones they care about, if he was that abusive sounds like she needs let free like they kepy letting him go for hurting her.

This girl is as honest of a person as you will ever find. I've known her a long time and tried to catch her lying and never could. Her big problem was hooking up with wrong guy. She was warned by frieds and she even said she knew it was a mistake, but couldn't help it. She has suffered enough, now everyone needs to let her live her life and raise her kids.

looks like in the end the right questions were asked in court about the murdercharges and she was released. ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS AND YOU WILL HAVE THE TRUTH. according to the m.C. gazeete she was released and freed on all charges. Did the law in M.C. fail in some way to do its job. I wonder??

This man was my dad. I miss him so much. I think of him everyday, and just wish that he would have never went out that night and would have just stayed with me at my grandparents house. I just wish that they people on here talking trash about the guy would have ever known him. He really was a wonderful person, and I miss him. RIP Dad. I love you, and I will get to see you again one day:)!!

This would of never happened if Deputy Lappin had done his job, when he first came across them out on creig road. She had a restraining order on Headbone and Deputy Lappin let headbone go without arresting him for violation of restraining order, if Lappin had just done his job in the first place, headbone would still be here.
