Good for this young girl for knowing this was wrong, and for telling her father. Great job parents at teaching your children right from wrong. I pray this guy gets a long jail time, and the help he needs do badly.

This is why I NEVER let anyone in my house w/out me being there... I NEVER allow a child to be home with astranger if I am not home.... I wish we could but you just can not trust people anymore. You have to think that the worst will happen so you can prevent it the best you can.

That is awful! If they let him off without making him register as a sexual offender, he will end up lost in society, and probably seek out another child, and possibly do worse than taking photos of a child. CASTRATE all sexual predators! That is after they reform the defination of sexual offender, taking a pee behind a dumpster hardly defines sexual predator.

You are absolutely correct! I know of a painter who is also an ex-con (theft, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, etc.). You would not believe the houses he's been into...million dollar mansions more than once...and I also know he's addicted to porn and leers at young girls!! While he has never been charged with a crime against a child, it would not surprise me to hear that he committed such an act. Folks REALLY need to be careful who they let in their houses!!

I totally agree. I really don't think you should be able to get out of jail for any crime. I mean like 90% of the time people who get out of jail commit another crime. Very well said!
