Its about time that Wagoner makes someone accountable for the death of Jaret Clark. The guy that did this should have already spent time in prison. We have to have a stronger justice system to be able to put these sick criminals in jail for life. My aunt was murdered back in 1987 and it took 8 years to finally convict him. It is ridiculous. I will continue to pray that they put him away and that his family heals over time.

I have heard enough inside details about this story to say something honestly. He was not murdered unless you can say he murdered himself. He was seen walkin along the edge of the water extremely intoxicated prior to everyone leaving. They need to consider the possibility that their kid was drunk & fell in the water. It seems to me as though the family is unable to accept this & they are so set on putting it on someone that they are ignoring the actual hard facts of the case. There is a reason this case has already gone thru the courts & no one was convicted of wrong doin. The family just cannot accept it.
