We will have the opportunity once again to vote yes and give our children a much need high school on Feb. 24,09.
I, like you would not like my property values to be diminished, even further in this economic downturn by adding to our woes, an over crowded school which prospective buyers to our area would not take a second look at. That to me is more than enough reason to vote yes for the new high school. I do realize that we need the truth about how much it will cost us in the long run, what amount our taxes will be raised. However much it is, I am sure that it will not be anywhere near the amount we stand to lose in home value if this referendum does not pass yet again for the fifth time. Let's show our children how much we love them and care about their education. Let's build them their much needed high school! |
