I’ve just found a great new job board. www.JobBeam.com is free for both employers and jobseekers. Everyone can post videos with their resumes or job posts, AND you can get emails and SMS’s about jobs in your area. Employers can search the jobseeker database for free, and you can have searches presented to you on a map so you know what’s actually close to you.
