Deer Parks throughout the city?

On Feb 28th Urban Deer Solutions made a presentation to city council about installing Deer Parks within the city. I know that Mayor Sam went out with the assessment team, but I have not heard any results for the plan?
They were supposed to be located in areas with the most deer vehicle incidents. The design was to draw the deer away from the roads, with a food source that would keep them coming to the same area throughout the year.
Bee colonies would be placed at all locations to pollinate the forage, and residents flower and vegetable gardens within a three mile radius.
I read that U.D.S. will be giving a proposal to the city of Solon on the issue. Once again, we drag our feet and another city will beat us to the punch.
What a great concept for our city. Are they smart enough to do the right thing on this one?
