Mr Pica-Sneeden seems to be blowing some smoke-If the entire cut came from salaries it would mean that salaries for the school system would only be approx.$1.1 million based on 20%-that doesn't add up
Second-this happens every budget time when we all know that the real issue is this binding arbitration. Maybe ,Mr Pica-Sneeden should work with the Selectmen and other towns to get our State represents to revamp this unionized school system. I don't beleive we get the bang for the buck and i believe money can be an incentive to drive better reults from the school system by rewarding the teachers /adminstrators based on results/teaching capabilities rather then the across the board raises which in my wind gets at best mediocre reults.
