The last time I looked at the Advocate's weather "almanac", perhaps a week ago, I was surprised to learn that we are 4" behind the norm on rainfall for this year.

How full are the reservoirs?

There was an article mentioning the reservoirs a few days ago. It said they were in the upper 90% range, about 10% higher than average.
