I have lived in Ozark County since Herman was sheriff!!! Well guess what I know most everyone in Ozark County and don't let any of the good ol' boys fool you, you downing those men you said were good ol' boys - well they all are very successful men! An if you had any brains at all when you go to a bar and eat & drink what person doesn't drive home. I am sure you are NOT Perfect!!!! But I do believe that Mr. Darrin Reed can and will do his job as sheriff!!!!!!!

Country Bob & Wrong Choice you guys need to "pull up your big boy panties" and just relize that Darrin Reed IS an honest, fair, decidated and hard working officer. The man is there for the people not aganist the people. The man has an excellent work history and every where he has worked he has made a "good" impression on the people around him. Usually the one's pointing fingers at Darrin Reed are those who don't believe in the law and inforcing it. Well I do and so do many others. Why don't you guys who continue to bash, jab, degrade and lie about Darrin Reed, try getting to know the man, know his compassion for his job, the safty of his town, the well being of the citizens he is responsiable for....Just maybe you will open your eyes and see the man is just the opposite of what your dogging him for. Sometimes when the law has to be enforced some get upset an start bad mouthing the person or system. Well people there are reasons laws were made, usually the only ones getting their undies in a wad are those who break the law!!!! Just highly unlikely in this case. The simple truth of the matter is darrin wouldn't have won if those other dumbasses hadn't split the votes... but who cares I guess. Its all politics anyway.

Oh.... we do know what we have done! Elected a man with a back bone and not afraid to get his hands dirty doing his job! We have put a man in office that DOES his job and does it well. Well Geeee Dave I've always been told my whole life.... If it hides in the grass, strikes at a man, sneeks its way through - "it must be a snack in the grass" That is what you are pretraying yourself to be. Listen you should always remember if you are pointing one finger at someone you should always remember you have 4 pointing back at you. Darrin has a success record longer than you could even began to count. He is a very successful man, he loves his job an it shows without the man even saying a word. Maybe you should step into the mirror and look at whos judging who befor you began to judge anyone at all.

Excuse me excuse me..... I have read this whole forum an I am just sick of all the smack. I have worked with Darrin many times and he is a very good officer, man and friend. You all out there throwing smack all over this web page is a sad sad and childish way to present yourself and your so called reasons for bashing Darrin Reed. Darrin does a good job and he will never please everyone, Nor would any of the other running mates.
