Shearers Food in Bristol in not a good place to work. The management team needs replaced, we never know when we are going to get a day off, and they fire whoever dares to question their unfair practices. Its all about favortism. The employees there deserve more!

I have worked for Shearer's foods for over two years. It is a very poorly manage, they hire and promote friends and ass kissers to management positions that are screw up, can't do anything right.
Management blames the workers for everything. People get fired for things they had nothing to do with. They will fire people whom pose a threat because they are more intelligent than management.
They will put you down, keep you down, threaten you, if you don't kiss ass, suck dick, and bend over and let them screw you.
If your a person that likes to get bent over, and love to kiss ass, suck dick to get ahead it is the perfect place for you to work.
I have seen them fire their best workers to cover managements ass.
WTF has never worked for a company like this, if he did he would change his story. They complain about not getting a day off because they have been known to work 5 and 6 weeks straight, thru holidays, entire summers. The first year I worked there I had a total of 10 days off including holidays. If you work first shift all one day does is screw up your sleeping arrangement. Most just slept until they returned to work. Also they didn't mention. You can put in for time off but getting it is a different story. If you don't use it by the end of the year you lose it even if they never allowed you to use it.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Aquarius

If you're a typical Aquarian you're often quite idealistic and today is no exception. You're wandering around on cloud nine, especially if you're thinking about a very special someone, and indulging in all sorts of deliciously romantic daydreams. Reality? You've no time for it right now, because it will intrude too much on your fantasies.
