I am from Bristol VA and considering applying to US Solutions. What is it like there? What is the turnover rate like?

Pay rate?

If you are or ever have been employed there did you enjoy it? Have to work a lot of overtime?

Any info is welcome!

Run Forest! Run!!!
I know how they did my friend....they are a bunch of loosers and there is no loyalty or appriciation in the end for all of your hard work. It starts out looking and sounding good - but hold on to your hat. Nasty company.

DON'T DO IT! IT'S A TRICK! I worked at that place for 2 1/2 years and all of the horror stories you hear from people are true. The "health insurance" is more trouble than it's worth, and there are only a couple of good managers still there. But, if you don't mind working in a hostile work environment and getting yelled at by customers for 8 hours, then go for it!

I've worked there for going on 3 years. It's a call center and yes some of the calls are rough, but most people you talk to are friendly. I don't have a problem with the company. Yeah the health insurance sucks, but what health insurance doesn't? As long as you do your job and come to work when you're supposed to you'll be fine. It beats the hell out of working at McDonalds or a factory. The pay starts at 10/hour. If you keep good attendance you can keep a good shift. They don't have mandatory overtime, but do ask fairly often. The turnover is high, but it's mostly people that don't want to work. It's nearly impossible to get fired. There are people that still have a job and miss tons of time. As long as you're not hateful to the customers and come to work the managers don't give you a hard time. I like it, but then again, I just come in do my job and go home.

What kind of customer service call center is it? Is is incoming calls or outgoing sales calls? I am interested in a job but want to know what I am getting myself into first. Is it credit card calls or sales or what?

I take incoming calls for FedEx billing and customer service. I don't have to sell anything. There are other projects too but I think they're also incoming calls and no selling stuff. I know that FedEx is the biggest one and it's in all three sites. My calls range from researching a billing error to scheduling a simple pickup.
