Does anyone know how much US Solutions pays to start? How much experience do you need? Good place to work?

I think it is about $10/hr. All you need to be able to do is have computer skills and be able to talk on the phone. Good luck. The main HR lady is a witch!

Yes Jane will be the death of that company. Dave needs to clean house and start taking back over the responsibility of the company.

To the Richlands person: USSG is a great place to work. I have been here 3 years and love it. The only employees who hate HR and the VP are the people who do not follow the rules and are disciplined. I wonder how onofthebest got hired - it sure wasn't because of the great spelling!! And how has this person worked for this company for 10 years when it has been in business for only 8 or 9 years??? If former employee is so unhappy, why don't they find another job?

I am laughing at the two former employee comments -do you hate the people you are talking about because you were fired for not doing your job?

USSG is an awesome place to work! I have been there for several years. David Matheson is a man of integrity and loves his employees. He is constantly rolling out incentives and he does more for us than any company I have ever worked for. He thinks of us first when making decisions. We are in good hands with his leadership. I would also like to say that the employees at USSG that I work with are some of the best.It is hard to believe that the folks that posted those awful comments ever worked at USSG. The management team that is in place is outstanding. They really care about us and work with us to help us to be the best we can be.

I worked with Jane at both places. I worked for the company for awhile and can that it is not as bad as people make it sound. Funny how its all ex employees that have the bad stuff to say. Every person I saw leave or got left deserved it because they didnt work half the time any way. But to answer the first persons question. They pay well and treat you as well as you treat the company. Dont try to get a job if you only like to work 25 hours a week. The company is proud that it started with like 8 people and in less than 10 years it is 400 strong. That growth happen in the last 3 years 100% growth two years in a row! So somthing is going right. Sorry about your hate and good luck finding a job in this economy

I can't believe the things that 2 people have said about U S Solutions. If they had said something their issues would be took care of if they were legit. I worked with Jane at Sprint, and left there to work at thjis company because HR didn't care about employees after she left. I have been here over 3 yrs now, and I will stay here until I die or rtire. I had a phone call I know I would be fired over, but Jane knowed I was having bad personal problems, and let me keep my job with just a warning. I feel sorry for the people who are so upset with her..if they had not done something REALLY bad, they would not be so sour.
Andy is one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. I dont know how some people can be so mean. I agree with the person who said that the people who had bad things to say must never have worked for this company.

For the record, I was not "let go" or fired, I left on my own free will to take a better job. I will also agree that David Matheson is an awesome individual and when I first when to work for the company it was one of the best jobs I have ever had but then when the expansion started and they brought in Jane to the HR spot it all went to shit. Jane is not a fair individual, she is a back biter. You are either in her little group of people she likes or you are not and if you are not then you are just screwed. Oh and yes I worked my ass off while I was there so don't think I hold any grudges, I am just stating the truth.

I have no opinion on this matter, but whoever is making these nasty comments about this company is either:
1. A salesperson or a
2. A truck driver

Just check the cities they are logging in from.
It just doesn't make sense that anyone would drive from city to city to hide their identity.

Former employee, if you have nothing to hide, why don't you name yourself? An honest person would do this if they had nothing to hide.
