Sam's Club Photo Dept.

[Rude]

What is it that each time I try to get descent customer service at Sam's Club photo center, Bristol, Va the employees are RUDE. I consider customer service work is stressful; but... the heavy-set redish/blondish shorthair lady needs another job in a 4x4 cubical away from the public.

If I were you... I would have asked for the store manager and filed a formal complaint. Then, once I got on the internet, I would have emailed Sam's international... Just my thoughts...

the 2nd time i did that as my 84yr old grandmohter was with me and the mgr. just kinda ;swept it away" i was wondering if anyone else had these problems,, course now I avoid that counter and the store unless I truly must go for work stuff. If i knew her name i would go formally from what she did yesterday thanks

I think Sams needs a lot of help when it comes to customer service. The service desk is horrible. They just take their sweet time doing other things besides waiting on customers waiting in line. I avoid Sams because every time I go in there the lines are backed up to that shelf and not all lines are open. The first of the month all stores should know to have extra help but NOT SAMS! But it is like that on most days. I have never used their photo dept but I will make it a point to go by there just to see what her name is. If more people complain maybe corporate will crack down and straighten them out.

you have every legal right to obtain a right to picket at a nominal cost at the bristol, va. courthouse and walk up and down lee highway waving a picket sign saing sam's has poor service. you can also tell everyone on earth that sam's sucks. or go over their head and cal sam's corporate. they won't care, they just want your money. i waited at the new mcdonalds on lee highway at exit 5 27 minutes for a double cheeseburger, the manager was very rude, when i called to complain the girl answering the phone was the owner's daughter and the area supervisor that called me after i called the owner's daughter 3 times tried to smooth it over with apologies. i asked to have the manager call and apologize, didn't happen. sorta glad it happened cause i shouldn't be eating mcdonalds garbage food anyway. i do however miss their fries.

In dealing with McDonalds, dont call the local owner, he owns several including the one in Walmart. You gotta go above their head, I know from experience and it works. That manager at Mcdonalds in Walmart is so rude, her name is Marie....well anyways, call or go online to corporate McDonalds and complain! I know she does not like to be complained on through corporate.

I how the women at the Virginia City Court House are all witches. Especially the one's in the Juvenile courts. They are all rude even their supervisor in Juvenile. Even the officers says they need to be reported.

Ok I have her name,, and called the mgr. only to find out ms. hateful is the photo MGR...WTF??? I have called Bentonville Arkansas. Of course it was nuthin but run around. So the next time she decides to be hateful I will demand to SEE the STORE MGR. on the spot. I would not want anyone to lose their job,, but at the same she should know she must wear a happy face in public. and I am not a mean person; in fact I was the opposite. or next time I may just open a can of -----*---!

thanks i belive you are correct but the mgr was so evasive as she seems to be the MGR of that dept. someone told me saturday that "wonder if the mgr. would like to know about all the stuff she swipes from there, cameras, sdcards, etc.." I said I don;t care if she would at least be nice to my grandmother. SO if anyone from Sam's is reading this let the STORE MGR. read these posts of his Photo Mgr......

so did anyone find out about the rude photo girl? I seen her a few days ago but couldn't see her name tag. I think she hides it for a reason..

her name is missi-sayler (Melissa) I bet she does hide it for a reason,,,I did report her but doesn't seem to worry the mgr. A neighbor of my mom's works there and said " she has a lot of men. and esteem issues" Ok not my problem or worry

I know exactly who you are talking about and I agree. She is not meant to work in the public that is for sure. Not sure how she has kept that job because she is rude and just stands there and talks and in no way helps the customer. I really think these complaints should go to the corporate office because I have had so many problems there too and I love Sams but customer service simply sucks and I have been in there on extremely busy days and they have 2 registers open and forget going to the service desk, they act like you are bothering their socializing.

Thanks Sandy,, I have already called this morning and I told the MGR about this site so maybe he will take notice,,,She is the rudest person I know in service and if she is just having a bad day well EVERYDAY is BAD for her. Someone had said she had men issues oh well no wonder urggggggg thanks

obviously my concern is unimportant to MGR. at Sam's as my granny & I just left there and we tried to get some 8x10 photos from the rude b!!!! and I just finally took my items and we left,, she was txtn while dealin with me etc... ugly damn look on her face so am on the way up the corporate ladder to end this for good

Good Luck and maybe if you e-mail them with a complaint, add a link to this site or print these and e-mail them. I think if enough people complain something will be done. Sams is one place in Bristol that needs some serious crackdowns done to customer service.
