whatever happened to Jack Kiser is he behind bars now? Who is running Angel Care now?

Angel care is no longer there. Jack got 5 years probation, loss of EMS certification, and a few other things. He will be going on trial for medicaide and/or medicare fraud soon. Jack can no longer work in any EMS field. Shane got the same for what he did in Damascus. Only Jack and Joyelle Hicks are being charged with the fraud. Joyelle had 16 counts against her and all but 1 have been dropped. She is working in marion with her hubby (ex abingdon town cop) and running with marion lifesaving crew.
Joyelle was charged? What happened with Ron and the rest of the bunch that was working for him did they not get charged? So where is ole Jack working now? Why is her hubby not working for Abingdon PD anymore? |
So did they indict Jack on the Medicare/ Medicaid fraud? Why has it taken so long for trail? Is there a newspaper clipping about all of it I can read? |
they only went after the ones that took care of the office and bookkeeping. Her hubby quit and went to work for Angel care as a machanic. He is now a cop in marion. I havent seen anything in the paper about jack and joyelle, but i really dont have time to look. But i know some of the ppl that used to work there and they have been letting me know whats going on. Jack and Joyelle did wrong and it came back around on them. They were charging ambulance charges for a taxi and so on. Jack is still around right now i guess. He may still be in abingdon but i havent seen him.

The former owner of an Abingdon ambulance company will spend more than four years in a federal prison for defrauding Medicare and a private insurer.
U.S. Attorney Julia C. Dudley said 44-year-old Darryl Jack Kiser of Lebanon was sentenced Monday to four years and three months in prison. Kiser had pleaded guilty earlier to health care fraud and conspiracy to commit health care fraud. Kiser is the former owner of Angel Care Ambulance Service. Dudley says the company fraudulently billed Medicare and the insurer for transporting dialysis patients who didn't fit their guidelines. LOOKS LIKE HE GOT EXACTLY WHAT HE DESERVED..HAHA MAYBE I WILL WRITE HIM A LETTER.. KARMA IS A BITCH!!!!! |
